Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes (30 oz.) thawed
- 1 can potato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (or to taste)
- 1 chopped onion
Combine all ingredients, stirring well; spoon into a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. May use individual dishes to bake.
